Mocha Crunch Chunk Edible Cookie Dough Ice Cream

This ice cream combo or milkshake has all the coffee, chocolate love you need for a nice cold, refreshing treat on a hot summer day!

Instructions

  • Prepare the cookie dough by pinching the dough into little cubes or rolling them into little bite-size balls.
  • Store the cookie dough balls in the refrigerator while letting the ice cream soften.
  • Take the ice cream out of the freezer, and let it get a little softer so that the balls can be mixed in.
  • Mix the softened ice cream and cookie dough balls.
  • Return to the freezer so it can harden a bit before serving – or in our case here, serve immediately in a cone or as a milkshake by quickly blending in a blender.
